- Weekly 1 Hour Video/Phone Calls Once a week, you and I will talk via Skype, Zoom, Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct (they're free and easy to use) for 1 hour. You can ask me anything you want and we can coach on any area you’re currently working on. Video/phone calls are booked via Calendly, a software I use.
- Monthly Training Program You will receive a 4 week training program that is personalized to you and your needs. After you have completed the consultation form, you will receive your personalized training program within a few business days. This is so that I can record, upload and create your personalized video training library. You will follow this program for 4 weeks whilst we assess your progress with our video/phone call at the end of the month. After the 4 weeks is up, you can decide if you want any adjustments to be made to your training program.
- Exercise Technique Video Library Since your monthly training program is delivered as a video program, you will also have a comprehensive exercise technique video library so you can make sure that you know exactly how to do every exercise in your program with the right technique and lifting form.
- Monthly Training, Nutrition + Mindset Q+A Video
- Once a month, you will receive an in-depth training, nutrition and mindset Q+A video detailing specific, proven techniques on building muscle and getting stronger. These are not “motivational” or “rah rah” video conferences. All of these video conferences include specific, step-by-step, how-to information that I do not cover anywhere else. These are hard-information videos, designed specifically to make you look and feel awesome. We cover all kinds of topics, such as exercises, sets, rep ranges, lifting technique, training techniques, volume, intensity, frequency, lagging body parts, workout splits and many other topics. I answer every training question I have received from members and non-members within that particular month.
